I am Tiffany, a certified body sculpting technician, personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I have done personal training and nutrition for over a decade, its always been my passion to help others feel and look good while getting results.
My Story

I got into body sculpting after going in myself to try and get rid of stubborn belly fat and extra skin on my belly after having my child. I am sure you mamas can relate your body changes after having a child. I have always worked out and ate clean but for some reason I have had that problem area. I had such amazing results, there was no way I couldn't offer this to my clients and to the rest of the world. Sometimes working out and eating right we get to a point where we need that extra push, and this was it for me! My goal is to have you leaving feeling like this exactly what you needed to get those results you wanted.

Since I have years of experience in nutrition and workouts, I thought what better way to have this go all together so YOU can have the best results possible with long lasting results. So make sure you check out my packages which include nutruiton and workouts (only if you want, not required).
